Hi Jo,

I just wanted to thank you very much for the State Roads pre purchase inspection. This is the first car I have bought all by myself (I'm only 45). I felt confident and pleased as punch with my choice once I had the report.
The inspector was punctual, and even picking up the keys for the car and then returning them was done willingly and professionally. He communicated the state of the car in terms I could understand, and was clearly satisfied in his job.

As I probably originally mentioned State Roads was referred to me by a client and although initially reluctant to book a vehicle inspection with a company I was not familiar with, after speaking with you initially on the phone whereby you confidently answered all my general enquiries, i felt confident and comfortable in booking the vehicle inspection with you. I would like to commend you on your exceptional customer service and found that not only was I provided with a detailed report but found that it was extremely helpful to have the personalised service of being able to speak with you directly on the phone after the vehicle inspection. I was recommended by a friend about your great service and thought why  not try it out, because I have only ever been using NRMA. I was very pleased that you were able to check the car within the day that I called and it sped up the process of me buying the car. I would like to say thank you very much for the inspection - it is greatly appreciated. A great thank you to Ken (from Sydney) who was very very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, polite and great in explaining to me what was needed in fixing the car. This helped me organise a better deal with the person selling the car which worked out perfectly.

We are greatly impressed with the inspection report provided by Theo regarding the used car we have bought. I have been present at inspections done by other companies such as RACQ and NRMA but found Theo's to be more comprehensive and his manner friendly and polite. As I am not 'mechanically-literate' Theo explained his findings in such a way that even I could understand!

Overall we are just so impressed with your company and Theo - prompt, reliable, polite, thorough and your rates are very reasonable.

I was pleasantly surprised that you offer a 5 page detailed report, instead of a 2 page summary that NRMA provide. Also you do guaranteed laser paint readings to see how much body work the car has had which I think is amazing.

Just want to thank the inspector Jason who came out to have a look at the car, and afterwards spoke to me on the phone with his recommendation. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew his way around a rotary engine and recommended some repairs which the dealer will take care of thanks to you.
